Returns
In case of return, a copy of the delivery note or proof of purchase must be sent with the item, write on the delivery note or proof of purchase why the item is being returned. Without a packing slip or proof of purchase, we are unfortunately unable to process the return.
Send the parcel back to us as a Business Parcel with Postnord. Remember to save the parcel number, you are responsible for the goods until we have received them. Shipments sent to us by other means will not be collected and will therefore be returned to the sender.

Please fill in all fields of the return form below and attach it to the return. A copy of the receipt or delivery note must always be attached.
Guarantee conditions
Open purchase and right of withdrawal.
If you have bought the part online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days and get your money back or another part. There is no right of withdrawal for electrical parts.
